Caffeine

More Caffeine intake can be the reason that triggers your migraine. Caffeine withdrawals may cause headaches and migraine. But some studies show that caffeine intake helps with headaches and relieves ongoing headaches with limited use. Some caffeine contains items are

Caffeine helps us to stay active. However, when we have headaches and consume caffeine, it makes it challenging to sleep, which makes us irritated.

Many Processed foods contain artificial sugar or sweetness, and many drinks and foods contain to make it sweet. Artificial sugar includes a drug called Aspartame, which is 200 times sweet than usual and is the substitute for sugar in many food items and the reason for triggering migraine.

Alcohol

Alcohol is a common trigger of migraine. A study says that 35% of migraine participants drink alcohol frequently. Especially, Red wine is considered a hard trigger of migraine because 77% of people in the study often drink Red Wine. A study shows that it impact very badly to our body.

Chocolate

Chocolate is the second most common trigger for migraine after alcohol. A study says that 22% of people experience migraine who consume chocolate. In addition, chocolate contains caffeine which may trigger headaches because it makes sleeping harder. Caffeine is used to active people and awake people. That takes 7-8 hours to withdraw its effects.

Cheese

Trigger Migraine

Cheese contains the chemical tyramine, which forms due to aged foods. When food is old aged, the quantity of tyramine chemicals starts increasing in the cheese. The age of cheese is equal to the chemical in the cheese. It is also known to trigger headaches and migraine.
